The process

1. QUESTIONNAIRE

You fill out our design questionnaire which tells us about your business, who your target market is and your likes and dislikes in terms of design.

2. Takeoff

A 50% deposit is required to start the project. Once this is received we start on your design, working from your answers to the questionnaire.

3. Changes

You can expect a couple of weeks before seeing the first concepts. Two rounds of changes are included with each logo package.

4. Final logo package

Seldom is more than two rounds of changes needed to get the design perfect. One round can include as many changes as you would like to see to get it right. When you’re happy with the logo the remaining 50% is payable. You will receive a Logo Package with all the files you will need along with colour and font details, and any other items you’ve included in your package, such as business cards or social media tiles.
